BL0NDExAMBiiTii0N answered Wednesday April 12 2006, 10:18 pm: well according to www.toneteen.com's bmi chart, you are perfectly normal =] but it's what you want/feel that matters, unless it's overboard =] okay so for a flat stomach, look into some stomach exercises! don't do situps, because i don't want to be mean, but chances are you won't do them right, so have a trainer or some kind of sports coach maybe show you how to do them the proper way. for thighs .. if they're big with fat, then do squats but if they're big from muscle, then there's nothing you can do about that .. except lose the muscle, which wouldn't be very good .. cause usually people WANT muscle, but it's whatever YOU want =] alrightt well, i hoped that helped ya! oh and if you want more info, www.toneteen.com always has great stuff =] [♥] [ BL0NDExAMBiiTii0N's advice column | Ask BL0NDExAMBiiTii0N A Question ]

If you want to lose a little weight, just cut back on snacks and sugary foods/drinks =) [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
