First, go to places where you can find friends. School, library, camps, or other places. Try making the first move. Be friendly and outgoing. When you meet up with one, just talk like whatever pops into your head, just be yourself. Talk how you usually talk when meeting someone new. Show interest in making new friends. And they'll show interest in meeting you. Hopefully, you'll have new friends in no time!

Just be very out going with everything and go up to anybody introduce yourself ask people what they like to do for fun tell them what you like to do for fun....just walk up hi my name is ____and when you do that they will see your trying to make new friends....and just say hi im just looking for new friends and getting to know people better...

oh just be yourself okay? go to people you think are very nice and talk about stuff you know! try helping them in school like subjekts there bad at or invite them over to your house for dinner! dont wait for them to come to you , you go to them! if they dont wanna be friends with you then just leave them alone , but i dont think that will happen :-)
