loogey is any nasty and preferable unidentified body fluid (snot, spit, phlegm,etc). Being loogeyed means your covered in it.

it's spelled longeyed. it's when someone has something and you just can't resist having it too.

well loogey(if thts how you spell it) is like a big wad of spit...so maybe it has to do with being spit on or something.

do you mean googlyeyed?
if you do it means your eyes get all soft and happy when someone you like is around. is an example something like that.
