"messy bun"

Question Posted Wednesday April 5 2006, 9:44 pm

Whenever anyone on this site asks what to do with their hair, it's inevitable that a columnist is going to answer "do a messy bun" at least once.

So what is it? How do you make one? Can anyone explain?

It's just like a regular bun except messy. Here's how to do it...
* Put your hair in a nice ponytail.
* Take your ponytail and tuck the end of it to the bottom of the base and get an elastic to hold it in place. You now should have a bun.
* Take your hand and mess up the bun. Twist it and scrunch it and when you're happy with the figure, put another elastic in to hold it in place.

Hope i helped.
