For christians, when you go to confession, do you say that masturbation was one of your sins? or is it not a sin? please help

Catholics go to confession. Yes masturbation is considered a sin. Sexual thoughts are considered a sin. Basically anything sexual that does not involve having a wife and husband having sex within a committed loving marriage in order to produce children is considered a sin within the Catholic Church.
There are technicalities within this rule, but for the average person, that's what you're supposed to do.

christians dont really confess, or go to confessionals. we just do it. masturbation is forgiven, its a part of life i guess you could say. god doesnt mind if you do it every now and then. afterall he does know when you're going to do.

confession? you dont usually confess. you just ask for forgiveness. and its a sin. they expalined it to us in church and at camp. and when you confess to god. you shouldnt have to say what your confessing out loud. its your choice what you do. you dont have to pray out loud. because god hears it in your heart.
