frustrated w/ dresses

Question Posted Monday April 3 2006, 10:06 pm

I've been searching for ages for a dress for 8th grade graduation. I don't want to involve my parents in the actual dress buying, so I'm on my own in paying for it. I'd love to find something under 50$, but i might be able to go over that. I'd rather not buy online, because that'd involve my mom more than i'd like, but i think I'll have to. My question is that is there any good stores around Lexington, ky that sells awesome dresses?
Thanks!

Im not really familiar with that area, but i do know a bunch of stores that may have cheep dresses.
-Forever 21
-Charlotte Ruse
-JCPenny
-Sears
-TJ Max
-Marshalls
-Deb
-Macy's
Those are just a few and they are all at a local mall near me, and i see those places like everywhere, and they have some really cute dresses for maybe a little over $50 and some under too.

Hope I helped!

I live in Kentucky too. Not around Lexington though, but I do know if you go to the Richmond Mall in Madison County that they have beautiful dresses there!

Why don't you take your mom. She's important too!

You don't have to rate this I just thought maybe you might add the reason to your question to get some better responses.

Why don't you want to involve your mom in the buying of your dress? A lot of moms would sure be looking forward to it.

Does she have really bad taste or are you just wanting to save them some money?
