If I have money, and I break a drawer at home, in California, is it illegal for my parents to take money that I earned from my job and spend it on repairing the drawer?

well because your a minor i believe they can.. really they can make you do whatever they want unless you file charges against him. if you broke it they have every right to take your money to repair it

if you are over 18 and the draw is your property, it can be illegal for them to do it without your permission, but if the draw is part of their property, then no it is perfectly legal...sorry if thats not the answer you want to hear...hope i helped ♥dAnieLLe
