modern

Question Posted Saturday April 1 2006, 3:18 pm

ok i take modern, and as you may or may not know, its basically ballet without any shoes. I have a problem though. I cant turn because my feet always get stuck. Ive tried putting powder on them before i leave my house but it doesnt work. How can i make my feet tougher and easier to turn on? thanks

I don't know if your allowed to use them at your studio, but at mine we use these shoes. They are called modern shoes and they help. Or put lotion, or rason on them!!

try putting rozen on your feet

also wear half sole foot thongs/sandals (what the girl is talking about below)

also maybe if you moisturize them alot your feet may be greasier and easier to turn in. also try oil on the bottom of you feet (either bath oil or cooking oil)

are you allowed to have shoes ever? i would use the lyrical shoes...the ones that look like flip flops kinda (i forget their official name!). those are easy to turn in. also, you could power them at the studio or where you dance because byt the time you get there, it'll wear off. good luck! <3
