LadyGoodman answered Saturday April 1 2006, 1:28 am: It might help to talk to a therapist. It sounds extreme and weird, especially since it's a total stranger, but your therapist will never tell your secrets to other people (it is illegal for them to) and he or she will not judge you. Make up a reason for why you want to see the therapist to your parents so that you don't have to tell them. The more you try to conceal something like this, the more it will end up consuming you and becoming a bigger problem, so getting it out in the open to a professional who can help you with the problem is probably the most efficent and beneficial way to go.
