how do you determine the right weight for a certain hight/weight?

im 14, 4'11" and 110 pounds

You can go see a doctor, but that's about it. Everyone is different and unique and so are their bodies. Some people have larger frames than others, so I would suggest asking your doctor at your next checkup. ^_^

5ft - 100pds.
5ft1 - 105
5ft2 - 110
5ft3 - 115
5ft4 - 120

So you said you were 4ft11 your maybe a little over weight but i thknyou should be finne.

They have a BMI calculator and everything that will tell you what you want to know. They tell you how to loose weight, they tell what type of diets would be good.

okay all you do is go to www.halls.md and see what your weight should be.. actually ill do it for you.. it says that you should be 90 punds.. so your okay.. dont worry about it =]
