skirt + ?
i have a band concert in a few days. i have this skirt:

but i don't know what kind of top to wear with it. the skirt comes to my knees and i need just a simple top to wear with it. in the end it needs to look kind of nice and stuff. do y'all have any suggesstions?

I think the cutest thing to wear would be a brown colored shirt or a tan colored shirt.

I like the skirt, it's cute. Don't wear anything pink because it will be too much. Try something brown or tan, a long sleeve shirt would look good. If it had some pink, it would still look really good.

Skirt +,
With that skirt, match the colours! A nice brown, yellow, or blue tank would look stylish and very concertish. Just make sure that they're very similiar colours, or theywill clash. Do not wear a pink top either. It'd be too much pink.

You know the green stripe, get a green top thats just plain..you could get really cute ones at Forever 21, American Eagle, Hollister, etc. And wear cute accessories like white neckalaces or w/e colors that work && bracelets.
