My guy friend and i have been friends for ever but now that we're older i think he likes me. i dont want to go out with him cuz if we broke up i no we wouldnt be friends no more! we r both 13 and i am a female.

The most important thing here is, do you like him? If you do it might be worth a shot. You both need need to understand that if things dont work out things could go either way...however if you guys are really good friends you should be able to get over a break-up. Dont date him just because you dont want to hurt him. That will just make things worse I have been there and now me and him arent even friends....

MAybe you should find out if he likes you before you judge. Also most people who are ex's still become friends. How do you now he won't be your friend if you guys broke up. MAybe you should give him a chance.
