yesterday was me and Scott's one month! but we didn't get to see each other...do you guys think you can date someone who you never get to see? i mean does it work? i have only seen him once since we've been dating. i hate it because his parents hate me and my parents hate him because of what happened this summer...and so we have to sneak around all the time..i hate it so much. and all his little friends hate me because of rumors people started about what happened this summer so like none of his friends know were dating i hate hiding it he says he loves me but i don t want to be a secret you know? if he really loved me like he said he would tell his friends..right? i mean i don t know i am so confused i want people to know were dating i mean i love his so much and I've told all my friends were dating...i don't want to be his secret you know? i haven't talked to him about it and i know if i did he would just get mad..so what should i do i need some good advice xox

I don't know what happened over the summer, but if your parents hate him and his parents hate you... the prospects of this relationship working are not promising. Sneaking around will only get both of you in trouble, and trust me, you will eventually get caught and you will not like what happens when you do. If this guy doesn't even want his friends to know that you're dating... that's not a good sign either. Chances are that he's dating someone else too and doesn't want the other girl to find out about you. I don't know that for a fact, but it's a good possiblility. If you don't want to be a secret anymore.. give him an ultimatium. Let him know that if he's not comfortable telling people that you're his girlfriend.. that you won't be anymore.

Okay sweetheart.. Ummm... Yeah I have a boyfriend that I have been going out with now for 10 1/2 months. And yeah none of his friends know. There is a reason they dont know but I wont discuss it lol. I feel like that I am not good enough for them to know who I am but like it is weird. Only my "closest" friends know who he is and my mom does because she has only caught us talking. He lives over like 200 miles away and I never get to see him. I didn't even talk to him on our 10 month. It was just really awkward. But yeah I guess when everything blows up and no one even cares anymore you guys can "be together".. Just when your 18 get married have kids and live together hahahahahhaa...

I totally understand where you're coming from. I think it's gay that he's not telling anybody that you two are dating. You shouldn't be kept a secret & you need to tell HIM what you're feeling. Because, honestly who else are you going to tell? He probably just doesn't understand that you're upset about this.

Well I have been dating my boyfriend for 4 months and I have only seen him 9 times, but we make sure that we talk every single night. And we talk for hours, and it is really the key part of our relationship. Just being able to communicate with eachother. I don't know about you and your boyfriend, but if you guys have good communication with eachother and you understad eachother than you should be able to work through this.
I understand what you are saying about him not telling his friend, but it also sounds like there is good reason behind it, he probably just doesn't want the rumors to start again so he just doesn't tell them. I am sure that if that didn't happen he would gladly tell all of his friends, but just give it some time and maybe he will tell them eventually. But if not you should just trust him when he says he loves you, and know that he does, but he just doesn't tell people because he doesn't wnat any trouble to start.
If this is really bothering you then I think that you should talk about it with him, if he loves you he will understand and he will talk to you about it.
