You say you have been taking tests, but have you ever thought it might not actually be something serious, you might just have hardly any energy. Try eating cereals with iron in, smelling peppermint oil, get 8 hours of sleep every night, spend time outdoors, do deep breathing, drink green tea and water, do exercise, listen to music, sing, tidy your room, have cold showers and eat lots of fruit. All these things will keep you energetic. Do it for about a month, and tell me if you see an improvement! ]
Well, do you eat enough food or the right kind of food? are u active enough? Sometimes yur body's tired because you havent been active enough so it's used to less activity and tires quickly and sometimes depending on the food u intake it could make you tired because you arent getting the nutrients you need. ]
i completely agree with partygurl. this sounds
like a case of over stress.
do you eat breakfast& lunch everyday?
i used to not eat those meals and by the
end of the day i had no energy, and always slept
after school, im not sure if its this case with you.
but if you arent, try to atleast eat something, even
if small. small is better than nothing.
but as far as the tests go, perhaps you're being overworked. this is very common in kids' situations.
just pase yourself, and don't get all worked up
over tests, study for 30-45 mins a day,
not 4 hours in one night.
im not sure if you do, but just in case.
hope i helped darlingg ]
I think stress is to blame in this case. You haven't been getting enough sleep, which is probably why you are so exhauseted most of the time. Your body requires 7-8 hours of sleep. You have to make sure you are getting that. Also, make sure you eat breakfast in the morning, much protein including eggs. A full breakfast can get you going through your day. Although, I would suggest consulting a doctor about this issue so that you can get more in-depth about you situation. He can also tell you about ways to manage your busy and student life inorder to get more rest. Don't stress so much, especially about this issue because it's normal. The less stree you put yourself through, the more relaxed and energized you will become. ]
