okay so i usually get cramps just right now they are like really bad.. what are some ways to get rid of them other that mydol and laying down cause i have plans for today so i dont have much time and i dont want to walk around with these pains.. they hurts sooo freaking bad!
It could be that you're getting your period soon (if you're a girl). There's pills for that too that you can get form the doctors. OR I heard banana's help for puberty pain too..
Maybe you're really active and you jump up and around after you finish eating. Well you shouldn't do that because you're supposed to relax for about 30-one hour after you're done eating.
You can take pepdo bismo (my number one!), tylenol, or advil.
Or you can just relax for a few minutes and it'll go away soon, don't stretch though..it won't help.

If you don't have one, find an old dish washing liquid bottle or something with a lid on it that won't leak. Fill it with really hot water (boil some of the water if you have to), put it on your tummy and lie down for a bit. Ir really works good. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
