cramps..

okay so i usually get cramps just right now they are like really bad.. what are some ways to get rid of them other that mydol and laying down cause i have plans for today so i dont have much time and i dont want to walk around with these pains.. they hurts sooo freaking bad!

lol must hurt eh? Well I got a few solutions..

It could be that you're getting your period soon (if you're a girl). There's pills for that too that you can get form the doctors. OR I heard banana's help for puberty pain too..

Maybe you're really active and you jump up and around after you finish eating. Well you shouldn't do that because you're supposed to relax for about 30-one hour after you're done eating.

You can take pepdo bismo (my number one!), tylenol, or advil.

Or you can just relax for a few minutes and it'll go away soon, don't stretch though..it won't help.

pain killers and a hot pack work wonders.
Also if yer feeling lethargic or dizzy
take iron and magnesium suppliments.

OMG dont they suck?! i usually take some advil or tylenol and then ill be okay,they used to hurt ALOT more when i was younger.But i looked up some sites on helping with menstural cramps,i hope they work for ya.

get one of those hot/cold back wrap thingys i don't remember what they are called but whatever. wrap it around you midrift and leave it for like the day or whatever I tried it works.

A heating pad works wonders.

If you don't have one, find an old dish washing liquid bottle or something with a lid on it that won't leak. Fill it with really hot water (boil some of the water if you have to), put it on your tummy and lie down for a bit. Ir really works good. :)
