re: sleep i'm trying that.. well last night i went to bed at 11:30 and got up @ 8:45. which is somewhat normal. and i was still really tired from the night before when i got the 6PM-9AM sleep.
i cant get the 9-7:30 sleep like you said. only because i get up for school at 5-5:30 everyday. then on the weekends i'll sometimes be up between 12-2AM. and sleep till like 9-10AM.
my mom says its because i have the heat in my room up too high and that makes me tired..but wouldnt have this been going on winter then??
-thanks.

If you get up at 5-5:30 you should be going to bed every night at about 7:00PM. Teenagers typically need more sleep than adults, and it should equal about 10 hours a night. There have been studies that show if school started after 10:00 AM most students, especially high schoolers would perform better. It might be because you are getting up so early on a daily basis. It interupts the natural deep sleep cycle that typically happens between 3-6 AM. If the heat was the problem, yes I think that it would happen every time the room was very warm. However it is true that to acheieve a more comfortable sleep the room temperature should be slightly cooler at night than it is during the day.
I still think it would be a good idea to get checked for a medical problem because there are a lot of illnesses that can cause fatigue. If thats not the case then work on a regular sleep schedule and try to keep that schedule even on the days you are not in school. ]
