I gave her a journal so she could write down what she ate and when she ate it. Once she trusted me more she could call me and share her feelings. I also got her into a into a group of people that meet and share their feelings about it. tell her that you care about her a lot and stuff like that. jealousyxo answered Sunday July 6 2008, 7:32 pm: You should'nt keep thsi ti yourself,even if your friend told you to not tell anyone if she keeps doing what she's doing she could end up in the hospital or even worse.I would tell your friends mother about it.If your friend is too scared to tell her mom alone,tell her you'll sit with her,and her mom if she needs you for support.Your friend might be mad at first,but she'll realize that your actually saving her life.
