eating habits I just realized that I have this weird binging habit. When nobody's home, or when I'm at a friend's house, I find myself eating insane amounts of food.
Is there a way that I can force myself to control it?

whenever you feel hungry do something else instead
of eating like listen to music or take a bath or something. if you need to eat then have an apple
or something healthy! then stop. no more food!
walk away from the junk food so your not near it. ]
it sounds to me like you're just bored...if you want to do something to keep yourself from thinking about eating i would reccomend:
-painting your nails (especially with the smell)
-reading
-calling a friend
-listening to music and dancing around
and also about your eating, just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have 1 snack inbetween or something.

Eat a nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Have little snacks inbetween. I also have that problem when I am at friend's houses. Just eat with your family and before you go to friends houses, then eat a snack there.
