I just realized that I have this weird binging habit. When nobody's home, or when I'm at a friend's house, I find myself eating insane amounts of food.
Is there a way that I can force myself to control it?
aquababe1 answered Friday March 3 2006, 2:55 pm: it sounds to me like you're just bored...if you want to do something to keep yourself from thinking about eating i would reccomend:
-painting your nails (especially with the smell)
-reading
-calling a friend
-listening to music and dancing around
and also about your eating, just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and have 1 snack inbetween or something.
xVANESSAxL0VEx answered Friday March 3 2006, 1:50 pm: Eat a nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Have little snacks inbetween. I also have that problem when I am at friend's houses. Just eat with your family and before you go to friends houses, then eat a snack there.
