I've had many problems with my hair being dry and damaged due to years of chemical processing.
I must disagree with the person below: You don't have to buy expensive salon products to get a good product. Many salon products are just put out as being "the best" because stylists make commission off of selling you those high priced products. I know this for fact, my aunt works in a salon.

Best thing is to use a regular conditioner EVERY time you wet your hair, but only wash your hair no sooner than every other day. Shampoo strips your hair of natural oils that are vital for healthy hair. Whatever shampoo and conditioner you are currently using is fine.

Do a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week until your hair is restored. Deep conditioners can be found in the same isle with the shampoos and conditioners in the store. They will say something along the lines of "Deep Condition" on the container.
I advise against V05 hot oil treatments, because I, personally, have had no luck with that product.

If you use styling products, heat styling tools, or dye or perm or hair, then I highly recommend you make a regular habit to deep condition weekly.

A product I use to help is a leave in anti-frizz serum, called Frizz Ease:

Personally, I use the extra strength in the purple bottle. It doesn't take much, either, and can be used daily.

Another product you may find useful:

The hair loss could be due to damaged/breaking hair. However, if you continue to experience hair loss after bringing your hair back to a healthy state, then I highly advise you seek the advice of a medical professional.

I also recommend you see a doctor if you still experience dry, breaking hair after following my advice (assuming you choose to do so). The dry, brittle hair that falls out could be a symptom of an underlying medical problem.

But always try the easiest and most obvious step first. Cut back on shampooing, condition regularly, deep condition weekly, maybe try out the frizz serum I suggested.

use better english, and maybe you could use a shampoo made for damaged and dry hair? go to a hairdresser/stylist, and ask them their opinion. Remember, you get what you pay for, and the more expensive shampoo's out there are usually better and more useful.
