Every night I walk for about one hour which equals to about 3.67 miles and I burn about 560 calories.
Well I'm pretty tired of walking because it just bores me so what other exercises would be about the same? Meaning burn a lot of calories as much as walking does. I don't have any time to go out and buy thing or lift weight, so anything else?

That way you can alternate it with walking. For instance, I do karate two-three times a week, and it only takes up an hour each time I do it! Plus, I have a TON of fun doing it. Other than that, I'd definitely suggest Pilates or Yoga. Both are very relaxing, and have the added feature of not requiring a lot of time, equipment, or space. I will give you the link and you can see what appeals to you. :)
