ok so im 16/f (10th grade) and i really like a guy that i work with!! the only problem is he's 17 (11th grade) and he goes to another school in my district. he's so sweet but sometimes shy but we always have a great time when we work together. do you think i have a chance with him, or how can i get him to open up more?

Okay I am shy too and it takes me a while to warm to people also. So if you want to get a shy person to open up, just be patient and do somethings with them they would like to do. Yoou totally stand a chance, if you guys have a great time when you work together then it would probably work out between you two. He is a only a year older, thats perfect.

i thought the same thing when i saw my boyfriend hes 2 grades above me and everything just hang out with him let him get 2 know you and flirt with him, if your the type of girl who asks guys out than ask him out after a while, if your the type of girl that waits for the guy to ask you, than you might have to wait a while. but if you have other people ask him out 4 you, dont do that cause most guys hate that either wait 4 him 2 ask you or or ask him out....

Well, if you are open with him, then eventually he will just fell more able to open up with him. Now i really dont know your situation, but from what you said it sounds like you have a good chance with him, so just continue being friends, and just try and talk to him a lot so he feels comfortable with you!
