I'm trying to go running or do some sorta of exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day. However, I'm TERRIBLE with commitment. How can I keep myself on track so my plan doesn't just become something I tried and Failed at.

-Don't THINK about it. My mom says that if you start thinking about exercising you won't want to do it. You have to just DO it, the same way you would just eat or go to bed.
-Do it with somebody else.

This is my motivation - I too have problems with commitment and motivation but if you set yourself a goal it's a LOT easier to be able to stick to it. I mean if you go into this hating it and not wanting to do it, then yes you probably will fail at it, but if you go into it really wanting it and determined then really that is all that will help you..
