Laura (LOL_x0x) stole my list [it's ok, because I told her she could], but here's a basic rule:
If the guy takes the time to be around you, he probably likes you. And, if you're suspicious at that point, you're probably right, because you're probably seeing things he's doing that might make you think he likes you.
Talk to him, though, to be sure. He might be really forward and just admit it.

They show interest when they talk to you as well as eye contact
They tend to want to touch you in some what, not necessarily sexual
They ask to hang out and what your doing
They'll pick you over their friends to hang out
They'll laugh at your jokes or you in general
Also they'll tease you a bit
Flirt some, and maybe even hint they like you..
