his ears are getting wet, huh?

Question Posted Sunday February 26 2006, 4:06 am

I have a male friend who has this annoying habit. Well everytime that I phone him, if I start talking to him he'll always cut me off about 5 minutes into the converstation and say "my ears are getting wet". What does that mean, and is it some mean way of him saying he doesnt want to listen to me? Other times I've phoned him and he sounds happy to hear from me at first, but then if I tell him a story about another guy he'll say in a huff that he has to go. What's up with this?

'If I tell him a story about another guy he'll say in a huff that he has to go.' That right there shows that he has feelings for you. Why else would he want to get off the phone with you, while you're talking about another boy? Shows that he isn't comfortable with it because he likes you.

Now, about his ears getting wet, I have no clue what is up with that. Maybe his ears are getting sweaty from talking on the phone? If you want, you can just ask him, then you'll know for sure what he's talking about. ♥

heyy

so i think that maybe this guy likes u...otherwise i dont think he'd mind if u talked about other guys. Im not sure about the ear thing... i think its probably just some random thing that he says when he doesnt wanna talk on the phone...now dont take this personally because most guys dont like talking on the phone anyway

good luck:)

Bad bad bad idea! He is alot older than you and alot more experienced, he could easily take advantage of you and if his girlfriend ever found out, well it be hell for ya, honey. So I sugguest you have Only a friendly relationship with him unless you want to be a teen mother....

I think you know...

sounds like he likes you...

But the ears getting wet thing... thats just weird. Doesnt he have speakerphone or something..?

Anyways, what you do is up to you. But remember, if you decide to either pursue this or ignore it, (or tell him theres no chance in hell how could he ever ask blah blah blah) make sure you are careful not to hurt anyones feelings.

You dont want to loose a friend.

Best of luck xxxx
