I have yellowish Asian skin, long, almond-shaped brown eyes and coarse black hair. Can anyone give me makeup tips? Pleeease don't suggest brown eyeliner. It just doesn't look good.

Here's my intake on "makeup" make up, to me, means make up a fake person, who puts on a thin mask and pretens to be someone they're not. Clinique foundation has a lot of tints for skin tones. For your hair, use a silky hari product such as KMS Silker, Silky Sexy Hair, Sebastian Laminates, or Biosilk.
