oeople change soo much between 13 and 16.Right now your just better off as friends and nothing more.If you tell him you like him your friendship may not be the same soo you should try to grow closer as friends fornow and maybe later on when your older you can become more.

hope i helped

There is so much growing up to do between 13 and 16!

If you get along right now as things are, I think you should just keep up what you are doing.

If you tell him you feel more for him then I'm afraid you might scare him off.

I know it isn't what you want to hear, but you will have a better chance at a different kind of relationship in a couple of years. For now, keep the friendship going because you don't know what the future may bring.
