What specifically is yoga? What are a few of the positions? Also, how often should i do these 5 or 6 (even more than that would be great) positions? Any weight loss in these exercises?

I had to do yoga in school because my teacher was like IN LOVE with it.We didnt do any normal workouts like the other classes lol but anyways, umm some of the positions we did were downward facing dog,the cobra, the corpse and some other things like that i cant really remember its been like a month lol try going on google and typing in "yoga positions".If you do the yoga for about a half an hour to an hour about four times a week you could start to use some weight i think i did.It also relieves stress and calms you down which is a plus.Hope i could help!

you can lose weight. you should do them as often as you can, but at least half an hour-an hour a day?? <--thats a guess. you can do them during tv if you dont have enough time [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
