okay, well i had sex with this guy about a month ago and the condom broke. i took ecp (emergency contriception pills) or day after pills, about 48-60 hours after we had sex. but yeah, i was supposed to get my period like a week and a half ago and i havent, i know this is a side effect of the pill, and i even took a pregnancy test and it came out negitive, but my boobs have been hurting and ive been having cramps at the top of my stomach and always having this fullness in my stomach? but yeah anyway, my question is how likely is it that i am? i know im being paranoid but i cant help it!
Some girls experience side effects when they take EC pills. The most common are abdominal pain, fatigue, irregular bleeding, headaches, and breast tenderness. Like most medications, though, reactions vary from person to person. Tara says she “ended up vomiting for a good two hours,” while Amy, 18, of Boulder, CO, experienced no side effects at all."

Maybe you're just worrying yourself too much and feeling paranoid about it. If you want to feel better about this, simply buy a pregnancy test and see for sure. I'm pretty sure you're not pregnant though since the "morning after pill" is another form of birth control but is made to work faster and with only a dose of it. The morning after pill is fairly effective when taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. The numbers I've seen indicate that it reduces the chance of pregnancy from between 75 to 89 percent. But you took it on the late side, which apparently does reduce its effectiveness. Still, the odds would seem to be on your side.
But the only way to know is to take a pregnancy test. They're cheap, accurate, and easy to use. Odds are that the results will be negative, but in any case, it would be a lot better to KNOW. There's no reason to wait.
It would also be a very good idea to make an appointment with your OB/GYN and ask her (or him) about your options for birth control and protection from STDs.
