training hey, I'm 14 and a girl. I don't have the money to buy advanced fitness equipment or buy a gym membership. I was wondering if you could reccomend some excercises that I could do without having to pay a lot of money. I really only sit-up, push-ups and running now. Is there anything else you can tell me to do?

Calisthenics are excellent for you since you are still 14 and your bones are soft and wouldnt be able to handle the daily rigors of weight training. Here are some exercises:
Knee bends
Push-ups (all variations)
Crunches
Dips between chairs
Find a sturdy tree limb and do Chin-ups
Leg Scissors
Lunges ]
