What to wear to shows

Question Posted Sunday January 29 2006, 1:19 pm

Alright when you go to a show is dorky/weird to wear a shirt of the band you are going to go see? I would think wearing another band's shirt would be rude yet I see other people do it all the time. Is it ok to do either?
Thanks

well, it depends on what show you're going to
I went to Slipknot and saw 574381290195278935789 kids wearing their Slipknot-wear

but yeah it is kind of lame to wear the band you're seeing.

I think it's fine if you wear whatever you want! Either one.

if you go to a show and wear their shirt, its extreeeeeeeeemely stupid. you dont want to be thought of as "the girl who thinks shes cool wearing that shirt" do you?
i personally think wearing the bands shirt to their concert is insanely stupid. just wear something else, anything else!

I think doing both would be okay. But, I do like the idea of having the band's shirt on that you're going to, other then wearing a different band's shirt. I agree, it is kind of rude. But I don't think the band would even notice. ♥

I think you should be able to wear the band's shirt that you are going to see or the another band's shirt, either way is okay.

That`s what I do. I don`t know why people would wear different band shirts then the one that they are going to see. It`s not dorky at all. So just wear whatever you want.
