well you have to know why she broke up with you. in the meantime, when you're hanging out as friends, drop hints that you're still interested. kiss her (not necessarily on the mouth but on the cheeks or forhead or hands), write love poems, take her out,etc. if that doesnt work then just be loud and clear with her. tell her that you want to be dating or ask her why she broke up with you. youll find an answer. that way, you can fix the problem, or you might realize that maybe yall arent meant to be afterall. good luck!! :p

Well since she JUST broke up with you...you'll just have to continue on as being her friend as she asked for. Don't rush the relationship you both have agreed on now and give it some time. I'm sure it's tough for you to hold back your actual feelings for her but be also considerate of how she might feel if you brought up about being a great boyfriend for her. As long as your still her friend who she can still lean on, then it's enough to at least keep that bond you both share now.

Proving you are a great boyfriend is done by respecting her wishes, as in giving her time and still being her good friend without pushing her to be more.
Drop the whole relationship thing for now, and be her friend. Someone who will listen and be considerate of her feelings. It is possible that she could see this side of you and realize how much she misses you. So for now, just be her friend, because it seems to me that is what she wants.

Unfortunately since she broke up with you, she probably isn't looking to get back together with you.
Maybe the only way to do what you're asking is to tell her that you're a good boyfriend, that is, if you believe it. If she doesn't listen, whatever. There are plenty of girls in the sea ;]
