okay. i have an iPod video. and i have a question.. is there anyway you can put an actual video on it. because i cant figure out how to do it, if you can.
brainwashed answered Tuesday January 24 2006, 10:56 pm: uh, no
you can't put videos on an iPod video!
they just called it an iPod V-I-D-E-O for fun.
here's a smart idea, why don't you go onto iTunes and buy a video for $1.99 then download it onto your iPod video. it's such a crazy idea that it just might work! [ brainwashed's advice column | Ask brainwashed A Question ]
First the videos will need to be on your computer. If they are on a DVD, you might want to find a DVD ripper that will put it onto your computer as a file. Once you have those files, or any other kind of video files, you will need to format them into what the iPod plays it in: .mp4
Download the program. Browse through any videos on your computer you want to format. Once you do that, the reformatted videos will appear in the folder you saved videora under.
Ex: C:/Program Files/Videora/Videos...etc.
Once you find it just open it up with iTunes, plug in your iPod (and depending on how you have it set up) load the videos on to it and you're good to go. Hope that helped and good luck - drop one in my inbox if you have any other questions. [ HectorJr's advice column | Ask HectorJr A Question ]
