my period!!
ok i am 13/female and i just started my period October of 2005. it hasnt came on since then. and it is january 22nd of 2006!! is something wrong with me? my mom says that i sgould oviolate every month so thats why im scared. help me. i rate 5's for good answers.

hello, when women start their periods, their periods are irregular for example what happened to me was that i had my period in April and it didnt come back till June. I was scared at this point so i asked my mum and she said the same happened to her. She said that it starts of irregular then you finally start having a regular period that comes everu month. If you had sex thought and it hasnt come for 3 month I think you should go to the doctors now. When your three months pregnant you dont know if your pregnant because your stomach is still slighty fat. But no worries anyway im sure u will be fine! Peace!

you should ovulate every month, once its regulated. it wont be regulated for at least a couple of years. there is nothing wrong with you.

woah, slow down. ou JUST got it in october. the first time i got mine, i didnt get it again fro three months. and then it started coming almost regularyly. no need to worry.

oh theres nothing wrong with that. same thing happened to me. it happens to alot of girls, you get your period for the first month, and then you start skipping a month, and then you might get it again, and then you might skip like 3 months, and then get it again. it happens for about a year, and then it goes away. dont worry, as long as you havnt had your period for over 1 year or so then you shouuldnt need to worry.

It's fine, girls always are a bit irregular at first, I skipped mine for a whole summer, you will, eventually ovulate every month, but you're still developing.

It is actually pretty normal to have an irregular period like that when you first get it. For example: When I first got mine, I'd only have it every other month, but now I get it regularly. I wouldn't worry about it. If this problem goes on for too long, though, I'd reccomend checking up with a doctor!

Okay go to the doctor as soon as possible because this could be seriuos. It sounds more than a irregular period, hun!! Trust me visit the doctor soon. Hope i helped!!!!

well because you just got it its going to be irrugular. You never know whe youll get it. As you get older it will come more on schedual.

Oh hun,its completely normal.Your period is irregular the first time you get it it mayb last to a yaer or so.The same thing happened to me except it wasent as long as yours,it was about 45 days i think.Hope i could help!

Nah, you just started, you're fine. If you've had your period for like 6 years and it did that then there might be a problem. When I fist got mine it only came every 3 months for about a year or so. You just need to be ready for when it does finally come so always keep those pads and tampons handy.
