aeropostale111 answered Friday January 20 2006, 3:15 pm: if you mean love handles...then you can do sit ups but side to side..not up and down...like right elbow to the left knee...it works..just do a lot..but dont do too much the first time...level it out..hope i helped you out

Fat distribution is dictated by total body fat percentage.
