Hips I have some weight on my hips I want to get rid of. What are the best excercises to do to get rid of it?

You could try running, crunches, push ups, and other axercises you can think of !

crunches (not sit ups) push ups (if you knew it or not it works your stomach areaish not your arms as much) running.. your love handles are the hardest place to loose weight and you really have to lose it everywhere else to see results ]
if you mean love handles...then you can do sit ups but side to side..not up and down...like right elbow to the left knee...it works..just do a lot..but dont do too much the first time...level it out..hope i helped you out

There is no such thing as spot reduction. Doing hip exercises will strengthen your hips. Cool beans for you. But fat is not dictated by muscle. Fat distribution is dictated by total body fat percentage. Do a full-body workout on a regular basis, in companion with a regular diet, and you'll be in better shape and have a lower body fat percentage. ]
