does anyone know a good exercise for like that area and suff because i have like a big butt & theighs and i it and i wanna find out how to get it smaller if thats possible ...thanks

The whole point of resistance training is to break down and rip old muscle fibers to rebuild newer, stronger ones that are also bigger. Why would the thighs and glutes be any different? You arent going to tone anything by just exercising an area whether that be with weights, Pilates or anything else.
