Teza answered Monday January 16 2006, 6:22 pm: Ah, a lot of girls go through this & it sucks. Use Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash. It works. Acne is also caused by your diet. If you eat a lot of unhealthy things and fats it causes it to happen. Don't pop your pimples and make sure you use lotion. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]

The only problem with proactiv is if you use it morning and night it can cause dry skin that is why i only use it at night, plus try not to put your hair down on your back and try to get enough sleep, hope this helps!! oh yea and REMEMBER ALWAYS USE IT NO MATTER HOW TIRED YOU ARE BEFORE BEDTIME USE PROACTOIV!!!!!!!!! 1. Wash your whole body with Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash, concentrating on the areas with pimples. Wait a minute or so before rinsing to get rid of all the oil, and to let the medicine sink in and do its work.
2. Exfoliate by using an abrasive sponge (Buf-Puf is one brand name) or plastic pouf "washcloth" (looks like a white mesh onion bag that's been gathered together). Don't scrub too hard, or you'll increase irritation.
3. Moisturize with an oil-free, medicated lotion, such as Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer.
4. Spot treat with acne medication cream. Since you are already using salicylic acid to wash and moisturize, use a different medicine, such as 5% or 10% benzoyl peroxide (or sulfur, if you're sensitive to benzoyl peroxide) for the spot treatments.
