Contest time? When is contest time, and what will you physically do and consume to prepare? Sorry if this is too personal. Also, can you recommend any good work outs to trim and tone the triceps? I know a proper diet and such, but what work out (using weights) can I use to really slim up my arms?

This isn't personal at all, in fact Iam flattered you asked. Contest time is March 12 and Iam really anxious lol. My competition is really good. Preparing for a contest is something that is not made for everyone. Physically, you have to really bust your ass with the weights and do as much as 2 hours of cardio a day. This is the easy part. The hard part is nutrition. As far as dieting Iam taking in 7 meals a day and drinking around 1 1/2-2 gallons of water a day and am starting to restrict higher starch carbs and focusing on leaner proteins such as chicken breast and tuna over beef. Also you must get your skin tone right so I have to begin tanning soon to get a dark base color before I have to put on the fake tan stuff onstage because the lights on the stage tend to drown out muscle definition if you aren't dark enough. I also have to pick out the right oil to put on myself for the stage so its time consuming but a really great challenge, especially trying to come up with a posing routine for the music I picked to pose to lol. If contest bodybuilding interests you in even the slightest I urge you to look into it.
Now as far as your triceps question goes- Slimming down any body part comes with cardio and the proper diet. Strength training increases muscle size. For triceps priority I recommend the following: (sets)x(reps)
Dips- 4x8-10 (This is bread and butter and will work all 3 heads of the triceps)
Laying Triceps Extensions (skullcrushers)- 4x6-8 (This will help elongate the triceps and bring all 3 heads into play in a great way.)
Rope Pushdowns- 4xFailure (This exercise really gives you a good pump and is an excellent finishing exercise since it targets that horseshoe shape of the triceps.)
Hope that routine helps. ]
