My girlfriend
Alright I'm 15 and I'm a male. My girlfriends birthday is comming up really soon & she won't tell me what she wants for her birthday. I have no idea what I should get her. She's going to be 14. If anyone can give me some ideas it'd be greatly appreciated. I'll rate you on it too. I really need some help. Thanks

jewlery is the best way to go. Don't get too expensive though because you don't want her getting the wrong idea. But we would go for the jewlery. Earing, necklace, bracelets, don't go with the ring...sends out the wrong vibe. good luck.

Think back has she been dropping hints to you? Like when she looks in a magazine does she say ooh I like that. Or, you can always buy some kind of jewelry. Heck it would work for me! You could always buy a teddy bear with candy to go with it. Use your emagionation, you'll find the perfect gift for her.

For a 14 year old girl? Oh there is so much stuff that you can give her. Pick a present keeping your budget and how long you have been going out in mind. Always ask a sales associate for help:
- A couple of jewelry and other items from a girly store (Earrings, necklaces, keychains covers et cetera.)
- One key jewelry item (Go to a mod-jewelry store and pick out a cute pendant. Silver chains come pretty cheap.)
- CDs and DVDs (A CD of a band or a singer she really likes. A movie she loves or has been wanting to see. Season 1 of the OC?)
- Makeup (Go to a department store and ask the beautician to pick out some lipsticks or nailpolishes for you.)
- Flowers (A huge boquet paired with a few balloons never goes wrong.)
- A cellphone or ipod/mp3 cover (You can find them everywhere. Pink is key unless she isn't into that look.)
- A Gift Certificate for her favourite store (All girls love shopping. At it doesn't seem like you didn't know what to get her because you know the stores she shops at. Offer to accompany her when she goes.)

I'm a fourteen year old girl. I'm different from most fourteen year old girls.. but that's ok.
Depending on her personality...
A CD. Maybe one from an artist she's never listened to before, but is in the same genra as what she likes.
A shirt / hoodie. Probably not your best option.
A pretty necklace / ring / bracelet. I'm not a jewelry person... but if my boyfriend gave me something like that, I would definitely wear it 24/7. My boyfriend gave me a scarf for Christmas (I'm totally cold natured.. plus it's black - my comfort color); and rather than actually wear it, I sleep with it. Girls do silly things like that because things boys give us mean a lot to us. Keepsakes. Treasures. Yeah.
If she's a fashionista, get her a fab purse. If she's more punk-ish, get her a messanger bag.
If all else fails, a gift card to a store she often shops at.
Of course, flowers are VERY important to girls on their birthdays. No matter what you get her, get her a flower to go with it. One red rose - she'll love it. Even if she's not usually that "type" to go bonkers over a flower, she will probably love it, and love you for it. I know girls who keep flowers that boys give them.
Write her a poem, too. Or get one off the web that tells her how much she means to you, how special she is, etc.

Well, you could always go with jewelry, or like a promise ring with a cute promise to go with it.
If you want to try something different, i came up with an idea that sounds cool in theory. First off, since she is turning 14, get her 14 of her most favorite flowers. If you can get access to her room before her party, or on some other day, hide the 14 flowers all throughout her room (don't make it too hard, cause that will be annoying). Make sure she knows that there are 14. Then, have a large picture of you and her together, and on the back write something cute and endearing (or merely "Happy birthday"). Cut the picture into 14 pieces, and hide each piece with each one of the flowers. Let her find the flowers, and the pieces, put the pieces together, and see the picture of you and her, with your message on the back.
