a good place to get easy to use backgrounds is
www.createblog.com
there you will click myspace
after you search and find one that you like, you will click (either preview ) or the thing next to that, which will give you the code
copy the code, and then go on your myspace, click edit profile, and then in the about me, paste the code
then submit changes and you should have a saweet backround

And to actually GET it on your site you simply copy the big long HTML code, and then you go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and SIGN IN. Then you go to EDIT MY PROFILE. Then you'll see where you can edit your stuff [like your interests, movies, and all that] Just under the ABOUT ME part, you'll see a little link labelled EDIT. Simply PASTE the ENTIRE HTML code inside the ABOUT ME box, and it should all work just fine.
