oranges are very good for you in particular the vitamin c, an you wont get any acid disease, however too much citris in your diet can damage the enamel on your teeth.so long term over eating the citris fruits can be damaging to your looks. theres nothing wrong with wanting to eat healthy, and i can assure you, if you type healthy diet into your server tons of stuff will come up, just avoid diets that focus soley on one food group. for long term you want a well balanced diet. good luck!

No, you will not get an acid disease from too much citrus. Many people will however break out in pimples from too much acidity. What's good is that you are getting a natural source of Vitamin C which is a water-soluble vitamin and is extremely difficult to overdose on since whatever is extra is passed through urine. Oranges have a very high sugar content, so be careful with eating too many while dieting to keep blood sugar in check. Dieting doesn't mean just eating fruit...you need to eat real food also.
