how do i get a picture in my column that is greater than 15k? help me please!

Shrink it or make it a lower quality. Both are do-able in photoshop. Photobucket also has some resizing tools.

Go to www.photobucket.com.
Make an account there if you don't already have one there.
Save your picture and get the URL.
(You will see the URL under the picture after you upkoad it.)
Paste the URL into your column settings where it says URL of a picture of you.
