You might want to try lifting weights or some endurance activity for your strength and muscle endurance. Start out with a few pounds and SLOWLY increase the weight you are lifting. If you overload on the weight youre lifting you could hurt yourself... hope i helped! -Meg [ sexybandgeek's advice column | Ask sexybandgeek A Question ]

First, find out what times are good for you to get a decent amount of working out in each day. Once you've figured this out, you need to start going to the weight room every day. But start off slow. Too much too soon can only tire you out & make you gain more fat from stress. Skipping a day a week is ok too. You dont need to over-work yourself so one day a week of rest will do your body some good. As for doing sertain things on certain days, just try out some different things all the time.
After a while, you can start to pitch right after you work out. On days where your pitching is imroved even the slightest bit, write down those exercises that you did before you started pitching. Do those exercises a little more each day to improve your pitching (especially weight training with your arms!) But dont forget to keep trying new things!
& as for speed...the traditional sprints always work for me.
