Okay well my dad bought me 6 tickets to the Houston Bowl like 3 weeks ago. I asked my best friend, Ryan to go with me the second I got the tickets and he said yes. They were great tickets in the nice, club area of Reliant and my dad got us a limo and everything.

The game was today and after the game we were supposed to go back to his house because he was throwing this big New Year's party.

He called me this morning an hour before we had to leave for the game and said he wasn't coming. I asked him why and he just said "no reason" and hung up. I called him back and asked him what his problem was and if he was mad at me. He told me that if I cared about him the least bit I would know what I did. I thought about it and could not come up with one thing that I did wrong.

At the game the rest of us were talking about it and I told them that if he was going to be like that then why would I go to his party. One of my friends that was there was going to a different party so I said that I would just go to that one since I knew people that were going there too.

Well someone from our Houston Bowl group had called Ryan during the game and told him that I was going to another party. He then called me and cussed me out and everything. I still had no idea why he was mad to begin with so I told him that unless he tells me why he's mad then he can't cuss at me and stuff. After that he just hung up.

What am I supposed to do here? Should I just ignore him until he decides to tell me what the matter is?

It sounds like you really care about him. If you didnt you wouldnt be so worried about it. I think the first thing you should do is apoligize for blowing off his party. I know he hurt you but I'm sure doing that hurt him a lot too & he'd feel better if he knew you cared. I know it hurts that he didnt even give you an exuse but lets face it, he`s a guy, & like most guys, he wont be the one to apoligize first. Talk to him face-t-face & calmly. Try not to sound overly-mad but let him know he hurt you. Hope you can work things out!

Sincerely,
Stephanie ♥

ive never worked out and i was wondering if neone could help me with like a workout plan..i kno ur supposed to do like certian things certian days but i dont know like wat else..and i was wondering wat were good workouts for baseball players..im a pitcher and i still hit the ball so i need speed and strenght...thanx in advance

p.s- i have a huge weight room at my skool and i signed up so i need it kinda fast. thanx

Working out is something you need to get in a rutine for. It wont happen overnight so you need to be patient. First, find out what times are good for you to get a decent amount of working out in each day. Once you've figured this out, you need to start going to the weight room every day. But start off slow. Too much too soon can only tire you out & make you gain more fat from stress. Skipping a day a week is ok too. You dont need to over-work yourself so one day a week of rest will do your body some good. As for doing sertain things on certain days, just try out some different things all the time.

After a while, you can start to pitch right after you work out. On days where your pitching is imroved even the slightest bit, write down those exercises that you did before you started pitching. Do those exercises a little more each day to improve your pitching (especially weight training with your arms!) But dont forget to keep trying new things!

& as for speed...the traditional sprints always work for me.

Hope I helped!
Sincerely,
Stephanie
