orphans answered Tuesday December 27 2005, 3:15 pm: Haha, it's Cankles. It's basically when like you have short legs, but your calves & ankles are connected, usually you'd only say this to a short, overweight person. :) [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
OxVolleyballQT98 answered Tuesday December 27 2005, 3:07 pm: It's a funny word because I say it all the time with my friends and it means if you see a fat person and they have no ankles cuz their fat goes over their ankles. I think it's hilarious and gross. I laugh if someone says she or he has kankles. [ OxVolleyballQT98's advice column | Ask OxVolleyballQT98 A Question ]
TheOldOne answered Tuesday December 27 2005, 3:04 pm: It's CANKLES, not "kenkles".
It refers to the merging of calf and ankle in people (usually women) who are overweight or have an unfortunate physiognomy. Older overweight women are more likely to develop them as gravity takes its toll.
