I am a student of 10 class, I like a girl of my class she has rejected many proposals even my friend's she says she likes someone else(not to me but to those who have proposed her) shall I propose her after boards?

Unfortunately it sounds like the girl you have chosen likes someone else.
She probably won't change her mind anytime soon. Hard as it will be to do, I think you should look around for someone who really likes you too.
It may take a little while, but she is out there just waiting for you to find her. :)
