Ok there is this girl and she always stares at me and it really bothers me. i no she doesnt like me and i really dont care its not like i like her. so in gym when we were playin a game she took my assignment book and rote your ugly in it and ripped a lot of pages. should i tell on her? or would it just provoke her more?

You can talk to her and ask her what's wrong. It's possible that she has a problem with you, then try to fix it. Do what you can do. You can befriend the girl to understand more about her. You can also talk to her friends about the incident.

what i think you should do is confront her about it one on one. walk up to her && say something like, " what is your problem with me? what did i do to you? " or if you know you have done something to hurt in the past, apologize and clear the air.
most of the time those things work, if i doesnt, well..then maybe you should tell.
