Ok, for about 2 months now I got white stuff in my underwear, and always feel wet. I think its discarge. I haven't had a period yet but I don't know when its comming. Should i tell my mom or just leave it be?

M.J. answered Thursday December 22 2005, 10:27 pm: if you talk to a parent or a health person they will tell you that white discharge is a sign that your period is coming. I recommend wearing a panty liner, and that should help you feel dry, and get use to the feeling of a pad. [ M.J.'s advice column | Ask M.J. A Question ]

You can tell your mom if you'd like; it doesn't really matter. You're getting discharge which means getting your first period should not be too far off. Make sure you keep an extra supply of pads around the house and maybe carry one with you in case it comes unexpectedly and then you'll be prepared.
