OnlyTheRightAnswers answered Monday December 19 2005, 8:44 am: Everyone has a different ovulation period but most women ovulate in the middle (about 2 weeks after your period begins or 1 week after it ends). If you are really interested in when you ovulate, there are tests that you can buy in the contraceptive aisle of any store and find out. Pixiemagic14 answered Monday December 19 2005, 12:48 am: No thats actrully not true. the best time to get pregnat is before your period starts like a week or some days cause then you'll be ovulating. When your off your period you know right when it's over then your not ovulating anymore. [ Pixiemagic14's advice column | Ask Pixiemagic14 A Question ]
MFS answered Monday December 19 2005, 12:02 am: No, that is not true. It has to do more with when the woman ovulates, and not all women ovulate at the same point in their cycles. If you don't ovulate until 2 weeks after your period ends, then intercourse immediately after the period would likely not be very successful for pregnancy. It will vary for all women.
