Heartwhisper answered Monday January 2 2006, 3:29 pm: I may be an old lady, but when I want my butt to be more round.... I lie on my back, put this certain Elton John record on and simply tighten my butt cheeks and keeping my body laid out straight and sort of stiff.... rock back and forth to the beat of the song...until it's over...about 3 mins.... you keep your butt cheeks tight the whole time.... and then there's the one... you get down on all fours...hands and knees.... lift one leg at a time out straight behind you.... lift it up and down and up and down without touching the floor with your foot... then change legs and do it all over again, between these to exercised, I can maintain a tight round butt....ha! Also walking up hill while tightening the butt cheek on the side where the leg is going to take the step uphill works well also.... hope I've made some sense of this, if not contact me and I'll try to explain these again... I do know they work tho..... and my body is lots older than yours... so it takes more for me.... to maintain mine, lucky you... [ Heartwhisper's advice column | Ask Heartwhisper A Question ]
