There's a kid named Alex who used to sit alone. A couple of years ago I invited him to sit with our group. The middle of this year, he started sitting with our group in the halls (he had left). I tolerated him, until he started with his anti Christian BS. Now I don't know what to do.
I tried staring at him. He pulled my hair (I was sitting on the carpet because we eat in the halls during lunch. He was standing behind me.) and I flipped him over my shoulder. I pushed him on his stomach but accidentally caused his forehead to bang his head against the carpet.
Imagine this kid. He's a skinny, mid heighted bookworm. I felt bad about his head and apologized. He drives me insane though. He has THE NERDIEST voice ever and dresses like he's totally out of it. At least he's stopped wearing short shorts.
Additional info, added Monday December 12 2005, 6:06 pm: It's not that he's an athiest, it's just that he actually HATES Christianity. He doesn't target me spicifically (usually), just my group.. S_C answered Monday December 12 2005, 5:55 pm: Well try your harderst to say it nicely, for me when I want to tell somebody to just leave me alone I get a huge attitude with them. I don't mean for it to happen, but when I just want them to bug off, well, it comes out that way!
Anyway, tell him nicely that you are Christian (or whatever religion you are) and that you don't appreciate him saying things like that.
I was and still am in the situation you are in. There is this one girl who I once felt bad for because she seemed like a loner so I talked to her, just once or twice. Now I see her EVERYDAY. She knows where my locker is, she knows where I stand in the mornings, where I go before 1st period, where I sit during basketball games, ect. It's just insane. I was once at my locker and I turned around, there she was, right in my face. I just wanted to be like BACK OF BIOTCH! It's just soooo annoying!!! So eventually when that happened once again I told her to please just leave me alone for a day because I needed my own space. She backed away for the day which was a Friday, the following Monday, THERE SHE WAS! I plan on talking to her again, but that's all you can do. Tell the person that you were trying to be nice that day but now they are too clingy and just too much for you and that you need a day or so to yourself. Also that you are religious, or even if you are not religious tell him that you don't care to hear about his antichrist crap. I mean I'm sure you might be able to control your attitude if you have one like I do. It's so hard for me to control my attitude, but I'm sure if I can do it, ANYONE can haha.
I hope I helped you a little. Sorry for going off on myself, sometime I feel like examples help, I don't know why, I just do! :) [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]

If he annoys you that much, just tell him to get away from you or hang out somewhere else where he cant find you. He'll probably get the hint.
